What is saving faith?
Saving faith is more than knowing facts about Jesus — it is loving him, believing in him, and trusting him even though we have not seen him.
“Though you have not seen him, you love him. Though you do not now see him, you believe in him…” (1 Peter 1:8)
Real faith rests in Christ, rejoices in him, and looks to him for salvation.
Believe in Jesus. Love him. Trust him. ✝️
Do you have real faith?
Real faith is more than simply saying we believe. Scripture connects belief in Jesus with a life that responds to him in obedience.
“Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life…” (John 3:36)
Faith trusts Christ, follows his word, and turns away from a life of disobedience. We are not saved by our obedience, but genuine faith does not remain unchanged.
Believe in the Son. Follow him. Live like you belong to him. ✝️
Everything around us changes. Flowers fade, seasons pass, and our lives on earth are temporary — but Scripture reminds us of something that lasts.
“The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God will stand forever.” (Isa. 40:8)
And alongside that truth comes this beautiful promise:
“Love never ends.” (1 Cor. 13:8)
God’s Word endures, and the love He calls us to reflects something eternal. ❤️
Why is holiness important?
Because God does not call us to remain shaped by sin, compromise, or the world. He calls us to become more like him.
“As he who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct.” — 1 Peter 1:15
Holiness is not about pretending to be perfect. It is about being set apart for God, turning away from sin, and choosing to live in a way that reflects his character.
“You shall be holy, for I am holy.” — 1 Peter 1:16 ✝️
What is unrighteousness?
Scripture shows us that unrighteousness is a life shaped by sin and rebellion against God. Some examples are cited. Left to ourselves, none of us can claim the righteousness God requires.
But the good news is that righteousness is not something we earn — it is given through faith in Jesus Christ.
“The righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all who believe.” (Rom. 3:22) ✝️
The answer to unrighteousness is Christ.
