Why is man important?

Scripture

Why is man important?

Because humanity was created in the image of God.

“So God created man in his own image… male and female he created them.” (Gen. 1:27)

Our value does not come from success, ability, status, or what others think of us. It comes from the God who made us.

And yet Scripture also reminds us that we are fragile — “we are dust.” God knows our weakness and still shows compassion toward us.

Created in his image. Known in our weakness. Loved by our creator.

Why is life in the womb precious?

Scripture

Why is life in the womb precious?

Psalm 139 shows us that life in the womb is seen, known, and formed by God.

“For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb.” — Psalm 139:13

Before birth, before anyone else could see, God already knew. Scripture describes that life as wonderfully made and never hidden from Him.

Every stage of life matters because every life is known by its creator. ✝️

How do we know that God exists

Scripture

How do we know that God exists?

Look at creation. 🌌

The heavens, the moon, the stars and the beauty of the earth all point beyond themselves to the One who made them.

“When I look at your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place…” (Ps. 8:3)

Creation declares his glory, and Scripture tells us is the work of the creator.

“O LORD, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth!” Ps. 8:9)

Genesis dismisses evolution

Scripture explained

Genesis doesn’t begin with chance — it begins with God.

“In the beginning, God…” (Gen. 1:1)

Scripture tells us that humanity was intentionally created by God, made in his image, male and female, and given the breath of life. Our beginning, purpose and identity are found in our creator.

Don’t build your view of creation on human ideas. Start with what Scripture says.
