Scripture
Why do things happen?
We may not always understand why certain things happen, but Scripture reminds us that God is never without purpose.
“And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.” (Rom. 8:28)
This does not mean everything that happens is good. It means God is able to work even through difficulty, disappointment, and uncertainty for his purposes.
When we cannot see the full picture, we can still trust the one who does. ✝️
