Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your purchased product, please contact us at info@simplescripture.co.za and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. Refunds may be considered only where a product cannot be delivered or accessed and the issue cannot be resolved.
Delivery
- Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment.
- No physical shipping is required unless specifically stated.
Exchanges
As digital products cannot be returned, exchanges are generally not available.
If an incorrect file is delivered, it will be replaced with the correct file.
